There were enough stars at the press conference for The Ides of March to make up a constellation. Writer, director, producer and co-star George Clooney, was joined by castmates Ryan Gosling, Evan Rachel Wood, Paul Giamatti, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Marisa Tomei at the press conference for the film at the Toronto International Film Festival. Ides of March received its North American premiere at TIFF, which was one of two celebrated entries for several featured players, including Ryan Gosling (Drive), Philip Seymour Hoffman (Moneyball) and Clooney himself (The Descendents).
