Hockey. It's as Canadian as the beaver and the maple leaf. The recently released Canadian movie Breakaway proved that the passion for the game extends to new Canadians just as easily as anyone else in our country, which is probably why the film received a prestige spot making its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. During the press conference, the film's stars including Vinay Virmani, Russell Peters, Rob Lowe, and Akshay Kumar, talked about how the culture clash was no clash, and how a story about Indian-Canadians playing hickey lent itself so easy to comedy.
