NBC's new musical drama should live up to its name, and the hype.

Will Dwight Schrute be leaving the hollowed office space of Dundler-Mifflin for a spin-off all his own? Well, Deadline.com and its sister site TVLine.com are reporting that the answer is definitely in the affirmative.

Apparently, NBC is developing a new sitcom that will centre around Rainn Wilson's uptight and ultra-serious second banana from The Office. Reportedly, the show will centre around Dwight's adventures running the Schrute family beet farm and bed and breakfast, presumably with his cousin Mose (Michael Schur). The show will be created and executive produced by Wilson and Paul Lieberstein (who plays Toby and is an executive producer on The Office).
