Word is we have to congratulate Jay-Z and Beyonce on their baby girl born saturday named Blue Ivy Carter. Apparently "IV" is the roman numeral for Beyonce's favourite number four, and "Blue" is for Jay-Z's Blueprint Albums. E! Online is declaring the baby born via pre-arranged c-section with well wishes from Rhianna and Russell Simmons being tweeted.

We still aren't convinced she had her baby on Saturday though as it has been rumoured she had it over Christmas and kept the birth as "Mum" as she did her marriage to Jay-Z - which they still have never confirmed to the media.

Anyways, we say, congrats to Beyonce & Jay-Z on Blue Ivy Carter. This is good news for the world as Beyonce is so fiercely girl power she may have given birth to the actual Wonder Woman.
