A new trailer was released yesterday for a hero's epic return to screens everywhere.

Yes, there was a lot of excitement when it was announced last November  that Billy Crystal would be stepping in for Eddie Murphy as the host for the 84th Academy Awards, and it appears that everyone involved with the show is just as excited to have him back. Why else produce this lavish, Hollywood-blockbuster-easque trailer co-starring Transformers stars Megan Fox and Josh Duhamel? (Robin Williams, Vinnie Jones and William Fichtner are also there doing cameos.)

The trailer is called "Off the Grid" and you can watch it for yourself below.

The Oscars will air live on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 7 p.m. EST on CTV and ABC.
