In the episode before the Canada Day break we got to know Kagame. He told us that Liber8 would be changing tactics. He also showed us that keeping his word is very important to him, a fact he demonstrated again this week by following through on the promise of last episode.

Kagame’s return last week raised a lot of questions as to how Liber8 would move forward with their goals, and those questions were answered this week. For the most part. We have a fairly clear picture of how Kagame operates now, but it has also become clear that his control of his followers is not absolute. Add a comment
